Hotchkin Hanly is based in the Perth CBD, with experienced lawyers in all areas of commercial litigation and disputes, property, planning and environment, competition and consumer law, corporations, insolvency/bankruptcy, defamation, intellectual property and information technology, employment/workplace law and wills and estate planning.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic commercial litigation lawyer with 3 to 5 years post admission experience, to work in our busy litigation team. You will be working across a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to appear in the Supreme, District, Magistrates and Federal Courts and the State Administrative Tribunal. A sound knowledge of court rules and procedure is required. You will also need to have exceptional drafting and communication skills.
