Nick has over 10 years of experience practising in commercial litigation, advising and representing clients on disputes in a wide range of areas including corporations, trade practices, financial services, planning and development, building and construction, minerals and resources, insolvency and leasing.  He also has experience defending accused in commercial prosecutions, including building and planning prosecutions, and regulatory matters.

Nick regularly appears as counsel in the Federal, Supreme and District Courts, and has represented parties in commercial arbitrations, and conducted litigation interstate.

Nick joined Hotchkin Hanly as an Articled Clerk in 2011.  He was admitted to the profession in March 2012 and promoted to Senior Associate in July 2015.  On 1 July 2019, Nick became a Partner of Hotchkin Hanly.  Prior to joining Hotchkin Hanly, Nick worked as a paralegal in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (WA) while completing his LLB and BA.
